Do you offer physical and digital products?

Yes. Little Lyves offers both physical sensory boxes and digital downloads like printables and resources. Each product listing will specify whether it is a physical or digital item.

When will my order ship?

Orders for physical products typically ship within 7-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the U.S..

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Digital Downloads

How do I receive my digital purchase?

After purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. If you created an account, you can also access your downloads anytime under My Account > Downloads.

What file formats are provided?

Digital downloads come in PDF and JPG formats, optimized for high-quality printing.

How do I print my digital download?
  • Print at home using a high-quality printer.
  • Use cardstock, matte, or glossy paper for the best results.
  • Take the file to a local print shop or upload it to an online printing service.
  • Print at 100% scale (do not “fit to page”) to maintain correct dimensions.
Can I share or resell digital downloads?

No. Digital products are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

Little Lyves Boxes

What are the Little Lyves boxes?

Little Lyves boxes are curated sensory support kits designed for children with sensory processing differences. Each box includes hand-selected items to promote regulation, comfort, and engagement.

How do I choose the right box?

Our boxes are designed based on different sensory needs. You can use our box selection tool at checkout to find the best fit for your child.

Can I customize a box?

At this time, our boxes are pre-curated, but we are working on adding more customization options in the future.

Are the products inside safe for all ages?

Each item is selected with safety in mind, but some products may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under three. Please check product descriptions for age recommendations.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
  • Digital products: Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Physical products: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging.
